1. OWNERSHIP & OPERATION

NEVERLON is owned and operated by Belmont Crest Group LLC. All rights to the platform, including design, functionality, methodology, and content, are retained by Belmont Crest Group LLC.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using NEVERLON, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. Use of NEVERLON constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You retain ownership of any content you create on NEVERLON, including journal entries and training logs. By using the platform, you grant Belmont Crest Group LLC the right to use your data to improve NEVERLON's functionality and training algorithms.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:
